What is Therapy?

Therapy provides a supportive space to explore and address issues that matter most to you. With the guidance of a trained therapist, you’ll not only work through your current challenges but also gain valuable coping skills to handle similar situations in the future.

Whether you’re focusing on a single event or addressing multiple life experiences, therapy is a collaborative process that requires your active participation. This means being open to learning, honest about your feelings, and committed to the journey of personal growth and change.

Who do we work with?

We work with children ages 5 and up, teens, adults, couples, and LGBTQIA.

How often do we meet and for how long?

We set up once-a-week standing appointments. Our sessions are a standard 50 minutes long.

Do you provide in-person or online counseling?

At this time we are only seeing clients in person at my Georgetown, Texas location.

How do you work with Children and Teens?
We work through a systemic lens when working with children and teens. It is important to provide them with a safe environment. We work on first building a therapeutic relationship with the child and or teen where they feel heard, understood, and respected. Together we participate in therapeutic interventions to begin their journey in healing. Our activities are based on the child or teen’s interests like painting, coloring, bibliography, sand tray, role play with dolls, music, etc.
